Titan Legal Services, Inc., founded in 2007, is owned and operated by the former leaders of the Subpoena Division of Whitmont Legal Technologies, Jack Cambe, Jim Ayer and Robert “Bob” Oeh. Having acquired Whitmont’s Subpoena Division, their primary mission is to provide Customers with the most cost effective and reliable subpoena/photocopy service. Our Customers will reap the benefits of our industry knowledge and experience, totaling more than 40 years!

Our Approach

In our business the customer comes first and we have a good understanding of the industry needs to ensure that records are obtained in a timely and efficient manner whether they are obtained via subpoena or HIPAA authorization. We have a dedicated team of follow up expeditors whose job is to follow up on each and every request and we maintain constant contact with the Custodians to ensure the documents are produced accordingly. We also notify our customers immediately of any problems or delays via e-mail or telephone so that everyone is on the same page. In addition our Subpoena Services can be accessed via our website and customers can place an order on-line and/or check the status of their request and see our LIVE up to date progress notes 24/7. Our website is also used as a web repository for our clients who wish to download their requested records themselves. Titan Legal provides a User ID and Password for each law firm to access the records and our web-ordering system via our secured website.

Jack Cambe

  • Jack Cambe, President/CEO of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry for over 25 years. Prior to forming Titan Legal Services in January of 2008, he was the managing partner of the Subpoena Division for Whitmont Legal Technologies from 1996-2007.

Bob Oeh

CFO

  • Bob Oeh, CFO of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry since 1991. Bob co-founded Whitmont Legal Technologies in 1991 and was its CFO through 2006. In January of 2008, he and Catherine Oeh partnered with Jack Cambe and Jim Ayer to form Titan Legal Services, Inc.

  • Catherine Oeh, Vice President of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry since 2002. She was Whitmont Subpoena Division’s Executive Director from 2002 to 2006. In January of 2008, she and Bob Oeh partnered with Jack Cambe and Jim Ayer to form Titan Legal Services, Inc.

  • Jim Ayer, Vice President of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry since 1997. He held the title of Whitmont Subpoena Division’s Office Manager from 1997 through to 2002 and became the division’s Senior Account Executive in 2003 until 2007.
