Additional Features
- Fee Advancement – Titan Legal will advance any custodial fees on your behalf when required.
- Hospital Tabbing – This will be provided on a per admission basis, if requested.
- Bate Numbering / Bate Labeling – This will be provided on a per request basis.
- 24 Hour On-line Ordering and/or Statusing – Will need to be provided with Log In ID and Password
- Digital Images – Records can be placed on CD, E-mailed or downloaded from our website on a per request basis
- Follow up Calls to Custodian – Titan Legal has a staff dedicated to just following up with the locations we have served to insure that the subpoenas/authorization are complied with in a timely manner.
- Field Agent Tenure – Titan Legal also employs field agents that had been in the industry for over 10 years. They have developed strong relationships with custodians that will come in handy whenever your office has any special or rush request from these facilities.
- Customer Service – At Titan, we believe that constant contact with the client is the cornerstone of any good business relationship. To this end, if for any reason you need to be notified of any change of plans with regard to the completion of your project, our customer service department will get in touch with you personally and in writing to let you know the reason why, and also what is being done to complete the project in a timely manner.
