Titan Legal Services, Inc., founded in 2007, is owned and operated by the former leaders of the Subpoena Division of Whitmont Legal Technologies, Jack Cambe, Jim Ayer and Robert “Bob” Oeh.  Having acquired Whitmont’s Subpoena Division, their primary mission is to provide Customers with the most cost effective and reliable subpoena/photocopy service. Our Customers will reap the benefits of our industry knowledge and experience, totaling more than 35 years!

Jack Cambe, President of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry for over 20 years and from 1996-2007 has been the Managing Partner/General Manager of the Subpoena Division for Whitmont Legal Technologies. 

Jim Ayer, Vice-President of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry since 1997.  He was the Whitmont Subpoena Division’s Office Manager and most recently the division’s Senior Account Executive.   

Bob Oeh, CEO of Titan Legal Services, has been in the industry since 1991. Bob co-founded Whitmont Legal Technologies and was the CEO from 1991-2006.  Bob was instrumental in Whitmont’s growth from a single office in Century City, CA to thirteen offices in California, Washington and Washington DC. He attributes the success of the company to a simple business philosophy: “Put the customer’s needs first.”

Jack and Jim have joined forces with Bob Oeh and together with the entire staff and infrastructure of Whitmont’s Subpoena Division, there is no challenge or obstacle that Titan Legal Services cannot overcome!
